A need to connect and motivate employees following structural change initiated the "It's All About You" campaign; reinforcing the importance of individual behaviour and how it affects the wider success of the organisation. TMA worked with Sir Robert Winston, a behavioural specialist, to headline the conference and construct his key note speech. The event was digitally recorded and an interactive Mag-i-zine created after the event to reinforce key messages and give delegates an opportunity to 'virtually' attend missed seminars.
