Kate joined the agency 9 years ago as designer and Studio Manager. Now a shareholder and Design Director, Kate is committed to giving TMA’s clients her very best.
With a passion for typography, information design, and a focused approach to complex projects, she enjoys bringing brands and campaigns to life, while helping to run and manage one of the area’s most established marketing agencies.
Fact: Kate named one of her cats after her hero – Spock.
In her role as Finance Manager and shareholder at TMA, Jo oversees the all-important areas of finance. These include payroll, pension, VAT, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management and the monthly preparation of the management accounts.
With 20 years’ experience of running finance departments in small to medium sized companies, Jo thrives when she works with close teams.
Fact: Her grandfather played football for Aston Villa, Brentford and England.
Sophie is used to handling briefs, meetings, conference calls and people to take care of clients. With a passion for proofreading, Sophie has worked across sports brands, pharmaceuticals, residential property and veterinary products. She always loves a new challenge but makes sure she can fit in a run or a game of netball around it.
Fact: Sophie won the junior South of England high jumping competition when she was 15.

With a background working for companies such as L’Oreal, Saatchi & Saatchi and McCann Erickson, Helen understands how TMA can supply the right marketing tools and the right team to any project.
Fact: Despite being gluten free, Helen is a consistent winner for her cake-making at the Henley Show – move over Mary Berry.
Helen has more than 18 years’ experience in a full-service marketing agency working on automotive, retail, leisure and sports clients. Her experience is both B2B and B2C and includes: incentive programmes, campaign management, market research, digital and print experience, event planning, copywriting, videography, photography and castings.
Fact: Helen used to host corporate hospitality at sporting events, such as rugby at Twickenham.
Clare has been working in large design agencies and smaller print firms for more than 16 years’. With experience in both the digital and print industries covering IT, pharmaceutical, automotive, sports and childrens’ sectors. She has worked on many incentive programs, rebrands and large campaigns. Freelancing for over two years, she has now settled back to full-time agency life once more with her feet firmly on the ground.
Fact: Clare completed the 3 peaks challenge in 23hrs 45mins, with a fractured ankle.
