/Staff participation
Our interest in sport & leisure and health & wellness runs deep at TMA. From the top down we are involved with these markets.
We have all registered to help at the Olympics in 2012, as volunteers, and if we are lucky some of us will be there to cheer on Team GB.
We provide our staff with an annual allowance to spend how they wish in the health & wellness and sport & leisure sectors - some use it for gym memberships, some for college courses or subsidising their passions and interests in our markets.
Currently one of our staff is training to be an acupuncturist and one to be a sportswriter, we've changed the way we work together to help them do this.
One of our Senior Art Directors was formerly No.6 in Britain in off road mountain biking and is now back on a bike and training hard with TMA's support.
